The color varies from almost transparent to straw yellow. Honey with a very sweet taste and a soft vanilla aroma. Delicate, vegetable or floral odor. Excellent companion for delicate flavors such as hot ricotta, soft cheeses and delicate sweets. It does not crystallize. It is used as an invigorating, detoxifying, anti-inflammatory throat and against stomach acid.
